Stroke Rehabilitation is a deceptively broad and complex field of study, owing largely to the complexity of the clinical presentation of a stroke and the interdisciplinary nature of stroke rehabilitation. Attitudes toward stroke rehabilitation are changing. No other treatment has the ability to alter stroke outcomes as stroke rehabilitation does, yet the potential of rehabilitation remains only partially realized. This review should help to dispel the notion that stroke rehabilitation has not been well studied.
The goal of this project was to produce an up-to-date, but easily accessible Evidence-Based Review of the Stroke Rehabilitation literature. This is an ongoing project, which will continue to evolve with new data and appropriate input from our readers.
The modules are up-to-date as of  05 September 2007.
