The 12th edition of the EBRSR was launched on October 12, 2009. The EBRSR now contains information from more than 3,400 studies with in-depth reviews of almost 2000 studies, including 956 RCTs.

Canadian Stroke Congress
The first Canadian Stroke Congress will be held in Quebec City on June 7 and 8, 2010. The Congress is a joint initiative of the Canadian Stroke Network, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and Canadian Stroke Consortium and it marks the first time that all three stroke-focused organizations have collaborated on a meeting of this scale and scope. The Congress will provide an opportunity to exchange views, collaborate, and learn about innovative approaches to stroke research and clinical care. Educational Supplements
A new section featuring educational modules has been added to the EBRSR. This section presents information from the EBRSR in an alternative format that allows users to review and test themselves on key material. This section will be revised continually as existing modules are updated and new modules are added. It is anticipated that, when completed, this section will cover the following eight topics: Anatomy of Stroke Rehabilitation, Principles of Stroke Rehabilitation, Secondary Prevention of Stroke, Motor Recovery, Cognitive Disorders, Medical Complications, Psychosocial Issues, and Clinical Assessment Tools.

Second National Stroke Rehabilitation Conference
The release of the 11th edition of the EBRSR, coincided with the Second National Stroke Rehablitation Conference held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on September 18 & 19, 2008. The CD version of EBRSR 11 will be made available to each of the more than 350 conference participants.
